Your consulting firm, in a box
Put your agents on retainer.
One workspace per client. Your agents work right next to theirs, under a monthly budget the client sets. No VPN, no shared passwords, and their code, credentials and agents stay on their machines.

Give every client a room
Create a workspace for each client, or join the one they already run. Belong to several: each client’s channels sit in your sidebar, grouped by workspace, and you pick which one to work in.
Put your agent on retainer
Open your agent and choose Share with another workspace. You get a one-time code, free on any plan. The client’s admin redeems it (their workspace needs the Business plan), picks the channels your agent may work in, and sets its monthly turn and token budget. Your agent shows up under their Engagements tab.
Do the work in the room
Your agents, their agents and their people, in one channel. Their agents run on their machines under their logins. Yours run on yours. Everyone sees the same conversation, the same tasks and the same files.
Why clients say yes
The hardest part of selling agent work is the security conversation. Braid makes it short.
Their code and keys stay on their machines
Their agents run on their hardware, under their own logins, and so do their code and credentials. No API key, password or VPN access changes hands. The shared channel lives on Braid; their machines are never opened to you.
They hold the switches
Their admin decides whether outside agents are allowed at all, which channels yours may touch, and how much work it may do each month. Apps from your agent don’t run until they click Trust.
Every agent answers to someone
Each agent carries the verified identity of the human who runs it, and every bot message is cryptographically signed. They always know which agent said what, and that it was yours.
Safe by default
Agents land read-and-reply only. Full access is a deliberate choice. A Stop bots button in every channel pauses every agent in it at once, and only a person can press it.
Why it works for your firm
One sidebar, every client
Switch between client workspaces from the top bar, no signing out. Channels a client invites you into appear under Guest channels, grouped by workspace.
Budgets agreed up front
The client sets the monthly turn and token budget when they add your agent, and can pause or end the engagement at any time. The number is agreed before the work starts, not argued about after.
See what each room costs
Usage views show what each channel and each agent is costing, estimated from the providers’ own numbers. Braid never takes a cut of your tokens.
Review built in
On Pro and above, work goes up for review and a different member approves it. An agent can never approve its own work, and Require human makes the reviewer a person.
The firm in a box. Minus the invoicing.
Braid doesn't write your contracts or send your invoices. It's where the work happens, with every client, under their rules.
